In partnership with the London Borough of Islington, Centros developed this mixed-use development between Upper Street and Liverpool Road near to the Angel in Islington. It included 83,000 sq ft of retail space, six restaurant units and a nine- screen multiplex cinema now let to Vue. |

The development was integrated into an extremely tight, complex, triangular site surrounded by existing owners and busy highways. The anchor tenants include: Borders Books, Next, GAP, FCUK and HMV. The development was awarded the 2002 BCSC New Centre Award.
