Pescod Square is an extension of the town centre developed in partnership with Boston Borough Council. Adjacent to Marks & Spencer and Oldrids department store, the development comprises 20 shop units and 400 car parking spaces. |

Retailers include: Next, HMV, Wilkinsons and Waterstones. As part of the scheme, Centros moved Pescod Hall – a listed 14th century timber-framed building – some 20 metres, fully restored it and brought it back into commercial use. Pescod Square won a BCSC Gold Award in 2005, and a Civic Trust Award in 2007. |
